About

The author (cc 1984)
Fred Grisolm was born in Scarborough, Ontario and spent the first few months of his life being sickly and fist fighting death into submission. His family moved to Oshawa, Ontario where he lived most his life. He’s also lived in Kelowna and Vancouver, BC.
He’s been a clerk at a toy store; an usher at several movie theatres; a telemarketer; a charity fundraiser; an assitant manager at a porno shack; a book shop clerk and a graphic designer. In total, he’s held close to 30 jobs.
He’s been in a punk band; written for college and alternative papers; written, directed and produced short films; directed a music video; published several zines; and once nearly lied his way into a job at a (semi)major paper. He’s a true jack of all trades, master of none.
He currently lives in Maple Ridge, BC with his ladyfriend and their daughter.
