After having spent years doing journal comic strips, I’ve pretty much come to despise them. I hate their repetitiveness; their self indulgent navel gazing; their constant “woe-is-me” trips; their “aren’t I/we cute” attitude and their bland daily look into the artist’s bland daily life. I too was guilty of it, and that’s why I quit (until Filth Hole, of course).
However, hope exists in the form of Malfunction Junction. Show them the way Matt.
